We want your holiday home to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all seasonal decor and ornaments. If your festive items don't meet your expectations, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your season stays bright.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the festive items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original holiday packaging, ensuring all delicate ornaments and lights are securely padded to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
